What Accelerated Resolution Therapy is
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is a brief, evidence-based way to work through trauma, PTSD, and stuck memories. You stay in control. You do not have to retell every detail. We offer A.R.T. in Temecula and San Marcos.
How it works: A.R.T. uses gentle eye movements and voluntary image replacement. You keep the facts of your life. The distressing picture attached to the memory can change. This is not hypnosis.
Two sessions to start: A.R.T. always begins with two appointments. The first is an intake. The second is your first A.R.T. session. Extra sessions can follow. We do not start A.R.T. in the first visit.
Self-pay is $145 per session out of pocket. We also accept Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Blue Shield of California. 951.208.7584.
