Our offices are in Temecula, CA (27420 Jefferson Ave Suite 101B, Temecula, CA 92590) and San Marcos, CA (330 Rancheros Drive Suite 224, San Marcos, CA 92069). We offer in-person sessions and telehealth.

Online therapy is a great resource for those that have busy schedules, live too far from our physical location, or prefer to start with online therapy prior to coming in person. You will receive a link to access your secure portal and one of our compassionate therapists will be there waiting for you.

Yes! We highly encourage all our clients to prioritize coming in-person. Our offices are in Temecula, CA and San Marcos, CA.

Self-pay is $55 with a trainee (cash only), $85 with an associate, and $125 with selected clinicians. Couples sessions are $85–$145.
Under the No Surprises Act and BBS regulations, all clients who are not using insurance (self-pay) are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services. This estimate will be provided before treatment begins and outlines the anticipated frequency, type, and cost of sessions. The purpose is to promote transparency and help you make informed decisions about your care. You have the right to request this estimate at any time.

Your first appointment is considered an "intake session" where we will review your intake paperwork, discuss any medical/family/cultural history and focus on your presenting problem. After our first appointment we create a treatment plan to help you with your presenting problem.

This depends on your presenting problem and desired outcome. Some clients are good with 8 sessions while others truly thrive attending weekly for various months.
