What is Feelings Friends?
Feelings Friends is a therapist-led social skills group designed specifically for children ages 3-5.
Using play, movement, stories, games, art, and hands-on activities, children learn important social-emotional skills in a safe and encouraging environment. Every activity is intentionally designed to help children practice these skills while having fun.
Unlike a classroom, children receive guidance from mental health professionals who understand child development and emotional regulation.
