Allie Chapman, MSW
Associate social Worker (Registration Number Pending)
Supervised by Brandi Kulikov-Ramirez LMFT
Therapist for Children, Teens, and Families
At the heart of Allie’s philosophy is the belief that every client already carries the seeds of healing and transformation, and her role is to nurture those strengths with guidance and tools that foster self-compassion, clarity, and purpose.
Allie’s journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by the powerful examples of her grandmother, a clinical psychologist who modeled resilience and redemption, and her mother, who dedicated her life to serving vulnerable communities. Their lessons instilled in her a deep compassion and belief in the inherent worth of every individual, which continues to guide her work today. These influences, combined with her own lived experiences, have transformed her into a therapist who is passionate about helping clients uncover their inner strength, heal with self-compassion, and build meaningful lives for themselves and future generations.
She uses evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Problem-Solving Therapy to guide clients in unhooking from unhelpful thought patterns, regulating emotions, and aligning life choices with their core values.
Allie especially enjoys working with athletes and clients in other high-pressure environments, integrating specialized mental performance techniques such as enhancing cognitive flexibility, using cognitive diffusion to manage performance anxiety, and developing structured mistake rituals to help them quickly reset and refocus.
