Weekly Teen Support Group

A Skills Group for Teens to Build Resilience and Connection

This group is designed for teens ages 11–15 to learn practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and building confidence. Using principles from DBT and CBT, our therapists create a supportive space where teens connect with peers, learn coping skills, and grow stronger in both mind and heart.

What Teens Will Learn & Accomplish:

Three women walking together on a wooden pathway, laughing and linking arms, with a backdrop of trees and city buildings.

Our program is rooted in evidence-based practices from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), carefully adapted to fit the needs of middle schoolers. Each session introduces practical, age-appropriate skills such as mindfulness, coping strategies, healthy communication, and emotional regulation tools. These approaches help teens not only understand their emotions but also build confidence in managing them, creating healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self.
