Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

Supervised by Brandi Kulikov-Ramirez, LMFT 134149

Therapist for couples, first responders, veterans & adults

$55 out of pocket rate

$85 Couples/family

Zach believes that healing from trauma and strengthening relationships starts with showing up honestly - and that first responders, veterans, couples, and adults already carry more strength than they often realize.

Zach’s approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. He aims to be a steady, present partner in the work, bringing evidence-informed ideas together with each client’s own vision so goals feel clear and achievable. He is especially drawn to couples therapy and to supporting first responders and veterans navigating trauma and anxiety. As a trainee refining his clinical skills, he remains open to using a range of therapeutic theories and adapts the work to what each client needs.

PERSONAL CONNECTION

Zach was inspired to become a therapist after experiencing the benefits of therapy in his own life. Working through difficult seasons brought him more peace - and showed him how needed that support is for first responders and veterans. His military and law enforcement path took the long road to formal clinical training, giving him lived insight into the trauma those professions can carry and hope for how healing can look.

VISION FOR CLIENTS

• Find strength within themselves and make the changes they envision

• Build mental clarity, healthier relationships, and greater peace

• Interrupt patterns of unhealed trauma that can pass from generation to generation

• Grow connection with partners, family, friends, and coworkers

Outside of therapy

Outside of work, Zach loves spending time with his kids, being outdoors at the pool or beach, camping, and finding a good view. For his own wellness he values the gym, cold plunge, sauna, and quiet practices like meditation and prayer.
