Lex Stopsen, PCC Intern
Professional clinical counselor student intern
Supervised by Elliott Alcala LCSW#74325
Lex believes that therapy should feel like a safe space to grow—not a place to be fixed, but to be seen, heard, and supported.
As a Professional Clinical Counselor Student Intern at Generational Wellness, Lex Stopsen specializes in working with teen girls and women in the perinatal and postpartum period. With a background as a birth and postpartum doula and a newborn care specialist, Lex brings a deeply compassionate and informed lens to her clinical work, understanding the identity shifts and emotional challenges that often accompany adolescence and motherhood.
Lex is passionate about helping clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or life transitions reconnect with their inner strength and sense of worth. She works from a trauma-informed, client-centered lens that emphasizes empowerment, emotional safety, and healing.
