Lex Stopsen, PCC Intern

Professional clinical counselor student intern

Supervised by Elliott Alcala LCSW#74325

Lex believes that therapy should feel like a safe space to grow—not a place to be fixed, but to be seen, heard, and supported.

As a Professional Clinical Counselor Student Intern at Generational Wellness, Lex brings a compassionate and informed perspective to her clinical work. With a background in supporting individuals and families through early life transitions, Lex approaches her work with empathy, insight, and a calm, grounding presence.

She is passionate about helping people move through seasons of change—whether navigating adolescence, motherhood, or moments of uncertainty—and reconnect with their sense of self. Lex works from a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that emphasizes emotional safety, empowerment, and healing at a pace that feels right for each individual.

Clients often describe Lex as approachable, thoughtful, and attuned to the deeper layers of emotion and identity. Her goal is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful growth.
