Elena believes therapy is a collaborative journey where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to recognize their strengths and create meaningful change.

Elena is a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Russian who brings nearly a decade of experience in mental health services, working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Her professional experience spans community mental health, crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and county behavioral health systems. Throughout her career, she has supported children and adolescents, adults, families, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. These experiences have strengthened her understanding that healing looks different for everyone and that each person's story deserves to be heard with compassion and respect.

Her clinical approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Seeking Safety. Elena works closely with clients to identify their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate challenges in ways that align with their individual needs and goals. She is especially passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, building resilience, and discovering their capacity for growth.
