Licensed Clinical Social Worker # 116386
As a Clinical Supervisor at Generational Wellness, Cynthia brings over a decade of experience helping clients and clinicians grow with compassion, skill, and purpose.

She is EMDR-trained and has advanced training in perinatal mental health, suicide prevention, CBT, DBT, and crisis prevention. Outside of her clinical role, Cynthia enjoys exercising, practicing mindfulness, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and children—often riding bikes together or sharing meaningful conversations over a homemade Nespresso. She brings the same warmth, authenticity, and strength to her personal life that she offers to her supervisees and clients.
Cynthia is dedicated to empowering clients, supporting therapists, and carrying forward Generational Wellness’s mission to make mental health care accessible, compassionate, and transformative for all.
