Chanelle believes therapy is an opportunity to recognize personal strengths, build on what is already going well, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Chanelle brings a unique background in education, family relationships, and wellness to her work in the mental health field. With eight years of experience as a preschool teacher, she has developed a deep appreciation for childhood development and the importance of nurturing healthy relationships from an early age. She is also passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships and, alongside her husband, operates FIRM Foundation Marriage, a business dedicated to supporting marriages.
Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. Chanelle believes that individuals and families already possess valuable strengths that can serve as a foundation for growth. She enjoys helping clients recognize what is going well in their lives while developing new perspectives and skills to navigate challenges. She believes that change is always possible and that no one has to remain stuck in difficult patterns or circumstances.

VISION FOR CLIENTS
Chanelle's vision is to help clients develop the confidence, tools, and skills they need to thrive independently. She hopes that through therapy, clients will gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize their strengths, and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Ultimately, her goal is for clients to reach a place where they no longer need therapy because they have developed the skills and resilience to continue growing on their own.
